I have been using the product for a while now. However, I was a victim of identity theft.
Therefore, I no longer wish to use a credit card with them by entering the numbers. Instead, I'd rather use Apple Pay or Google Pay, which essentially masks your credit card number information and protects you. Interestingly, it states that you have to use either Safari or Chrome. I do use them, but I'm not able to process payment through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
I can use any other website such as Chanel, Lancôme, Prada, and Bloomingdales with no problem whatsoever using Apple Pay or Google Chrome. This implies that their links are not functioning, and they want your credit card information to potentially misuse it, which I find unsatisfactory. So, I will not use them again, and they will receive a one-star rating. I addressed this issue with them over two months ago.
I attempted to place an order again recently, and it's the same issue - I can't use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
It's ridiculous. The website is not to be trusted.

You emailed a label to me so that I can send my MURAD empties to Terracycle.
I went to my local UPS store in Forest Hills, NY 11375 today but I received a text message that there was a problem with the shipment that needs to be addressed today.
I paid approximately $5.00 just to have the label printed.
The tracking number is 1Z1AR861909****712.
Please make sure that this package of MURAD empties (only) gets shipped to Terracycle promptly.

I used Murad for many years!!! I used to be able to call toll free number I used to be able to pay Murad installments I RECEIVED MY ORDER WITHIN DAYS NOW CANT LEAVE MESSAGE CHAT SUCKS AS NEVER ACTUALLY WORKS I PAID EXTRA TO RECEIVE ORDER ON TIME AND STILL CAME LATE AND EMPTY BOTTLES!!!
I received UPS SAYING ORDER BEING DELIVERED SATURDAY THEN SUN SAID WILL LET YOU KNOW!!! I believe this company is allowing UPS to get first dibs on other peoples products: use whatever they want hence making your order very late and then they put empty bottles back in Murad pkg then deliver to you or Murad is using product for themselves then put empty bottles in pkg then deliver it I called BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!
I called my cc to dispute and investigate as I have had enough of them and I know someone very very important in Sephora and am talking them into discarding Murad products and company from Sephora for good!!! I am sick and will not deal with this ever again!!!

Havent received product though they said it was delivered and I cant reach them as the customer service number is a health care push.

I was calling about an order I want to place and had a question. When I called, i was sent directly to a medical ad and heard about senior citizen insurance and ads that did nit concern me. Was disconnected before I could get to a Murad associate.

I have used Murad for years. I really like certain moisturizers and the retinol products.
I went into a store that sells Murad and found what I needed. When I went to pay for it I found that the price hadnt just increased, but, increased significantly to more than doubled the usual price. Ie., $35 to $84!!!
It really pissed me off. I dont know what Murad is trying to do but GOUGE its customers.
If they are trying to compete with the high end companies they have really long way to go, and doubling their prices arent going to help. Whats wrong with them? Are they that arrogant to think the pubic wont buy from a different company??? I am, I refuse to be Gouged by inept bean counters who think they will continue to have a return customer base with their tactics.

I ordered a product online through the website on Aug 27. Order number is #325****.
Up to this day, it still says Order Pending. I have called the customer service number multiple times. I have held for a representative only for the call to be dropped. I have sent multiple emails and multiple chat messages, NO RESPONSE.
I just want a refund for my order. I will never again order from this website.
